Caroline’s wedding was held in Morocco, and she was looking for a gown that was light, layered and fluid. We used the Leia gown as the basis of her bespoke design, taking its shape, the way it swirls and the loveliness of its fabric. Caroline wanted something a little warmer than the traditional white or ivory, so her silk organza dress was made in a beautiful flesh tone, and appliquéd with silver detailing and tiny beads. The gown came alive amid the dusky reddish stones and muted greenery of her Kasbah venue.
